My have a Pioneer 07 XLA will not write to DVD+R or +RW disc’s. When I try to write to these disc’s every thing goes fine until it fails on writing the lead out section on the disc. When I check the surface of the disc it appears from the change in colour that the main files have been burn onto the disc, Nero just refuses to write the lead out.

I have tried several different kind of disc at differing write speeds all with the same result, I have also updated o the latest firmware on the writer.

It has no problems with DVD-R or –RW which work perfectly.

Any one any ideas

Please don't double post!!! As adviced by PC-Guy, I have there for removed your double post on the same matter.
Thanks PC-GUY....

First I'm coming to the conclusion that NERO sucks for DVD burning!!!! But getting back to your problem how about you do a search of your pc for your Nerohistory.log file and post it without your serial and then we can see whats going on. :)

I edited your post so everyone can see your log file with out downloading it. :)
Well I'd say start with updating Nero. Also you must have taken out to much of the log file cause it doesn't say the burn failed.

Update to the latest Nero ....according to your winaspi date and number, your version is rather old, lots of program bugs have been fixed in the meantime..;)
