pioneer 106d problem

I have a pioneer 106D with the 1.07 firmware on an XP machine. I burned 30-40 dvd's with no trouble with DVDXcopy. last week I started getting an error during the burn at 38% . tried different makes of media, get same error each time.I have made 20 coasters. I keep hoping it will fix itself I'm ready to throw the F****ng thing out, very frustrated!!!! After having no trouble, now i've got it ....with hair on it....(Michael Keaton - Gung Ho)
Please help......

Welcome.
I haven't used that program in a while but I believe it has a log file called "Crash.log" at least the platinum did. See if it has that file or any log file and post it and maybe we can get an idea of whats going on.

I found the free and easy guide posted by Laz, and using these programs I have had no problems........goodbye DVDXcopy!!! goodbye coasters...
