He, he I got it last night. :D

Don't worry though guys, the much hyped "1:1 copy in superquick time" feature will NOT work on any copy protected DVD. What a waste of time!

New version of DVD2One should be launched any day now with a load of bugfixes.

Right.......but that doesn't make it any special,not?;)
According to a friend of mine,it's it's simplicity to keep the menu structure and addons when copying dvd-9 to dvd-5 that makes it interesting,because all can be done with only a few mouseclicks....:)

I also read that you need about 2-3 hours to finish the job. So why sould someone buy this if he can do this at the same time and having better quality with DVD2DVDr or in 20 min with DVD2one?

I just did a copy of O' Brother Where Art Thou?. Kept DTS audio and AC3 audio and English subtracks, All menus and extras. The quality is better than DVD2One. Not quite as good as using CCE, But all menus and special features, etc., were included! 7.3gb down to 4.3 in 3 hours (including ripping and burning). Not as fast as dvd2one but it's better quality and you get the entire DVD. If you want everything like on the original DVD but on 1 dvd this is the best program so far IMHO.


In a nutshell:

-Will copy the whole dvd, including menu and extras. DVD2one will only copy the main movie.
-Can copy complete episodic DVD's. DVD2one can only copy one of the episodes.
-Allows you to specify what percentage you want for each title set.

The only thing that DVD2one has better is that it takes 20-30min, while Instantcopy takes about 2-3 hrs.

Sounds good to me, I'm trying to test it but the download on my dialup is so slow I think it will take until the end of next week to get it :D

New version will be out soon 1.01 but only bugfixes and with only ONE new feature : User definable output size (2 user prefixes can be assigned with a desired endsize in Mb's)

@ creyskull reason for editing the post are you linked to the file its self which is not usually a good idea this reasoning is mentioned in the forum rules here > http://www.cdrbase.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=58 we advise to not link direct to a file in all possible circumstances :)

and secondly you list the link as (FULL VERSION) full version usually counts as warez as FULL VERSION software is classed as complete with serial / crack/other as this thread is posted as DEMO ware then others reading your post will assume that your post signifys WAREZ or cracked or otherwise with the words FULL VERSION in your post ?!? :confused: so was edited appropriatly :)
