picture freezing

I'm having Problems With Copying Windtalkers, Ive ripped It With SmartRipper And Dvd Decrypter, Used InfoEdit And ReMPG.
But I Get Freezing/Jearking Picture On Playback Via Computer And Dvd Player. Have No problem With The Sound It carrys On Without Missing. Altered The BitRate to See If That Was The Problem But No Luck.
Any Suggestions Would Be Helpful.

Not really enough info to go on here. Are you copying onto VCD, SVCD or DVD-R/DVD+R? If copying to DVD then it is most likely the media. You could use another program to burn. If using Nero try RecordNow Max, most people find it more reliable than Nero on DVD's. Have you tried playing the files from hard drive? If they play alright then the problem is in the burning and if not in the encoding. I would use Cinemacraft or TMPGEnc for encoding - ReMPEG sux.

its a problem before ive burned the dvd.
its seems to be in the transcoding, after ive stripped away the unwanted bits of extras.
will try TMPGEnc if ReMPEG suxs.
