PhotoShop7 anti-spy patch?

A shot time ago (2 weeks) there was a post on CD Freaks about PS7 having spyware embedded; and almost instantly it was reported as a hoax. However, several days ago I noticed a post (link is now dead) for a PS7 antispy patch.

Anyone got some stable info on this patch and is it for real?
