photoshop rar password

I downloaded the file:

but the rar is encripted, the site is chinesse an doesn't seem to say any password.
Any idea? (please no brute forcing)

I had a problem like this some time ago, what I did was to use _http://babel.altavista.com/ to translate the chinese and finally found the password
