can somebody direct me to a tutorial that teaches people to burn a full film including the menu and special features (in some cases i wanna exclude some of the boring features). I tried ripping a full dvd with menus with dvd shrink but i just got a normal autoplay film with no dvd. Any help is much appreciated. The method i use is to rip with dvd decryptor or smartripper and then i use dvd shrink. Also, could i simply rip and shrink a dvd film (with menus or without)at once and save me using smartripper and decryptor...

The best I've come across is Instant Copy, use it in conjunction with the hidden settings editor and it gives a good result ( if the movie is under 2 hours)

I use DVD Shrink all by itself, and I have had no problems for about 40 movies. Some say that it cannot get a good DVD rip, so using smartripper or decryptor is better, but like I said, no problems here.

if u only use dvd shrink to rip is the quality equal then when u use dvd decryptor and smartripper???



Also, has ne1 had the problem of one vob file being in a different language? I get this problem with both dvd decryptor and smartripper

Hi m8,
I use the following programs for copying dvd's with one film on or dvd's with episodes on such as band of brothers etc:. this will take every thing across, menus & extras.

1) Smartripper
2) IfoEdit
3) DVD2one
4) IfoUpdate
5) Nero

I also use a calculator which I have got in excel format to calculate the size of the new vob files for DVD2one.
