PC starts allone

If I switch my PC off the XP switch down but than the PC starts again and again. Did anybody know the problem and can help me. Please

check the BIOS and disable all "wake on" features;

I have look at the Bios It OK. I have also make a Update.

try to disable the "Automatic Restart when BSOD" function; maybe you get an BSOD while shut down, so your PC restarts as result;

right click on "My Computer" > Properties > Details > Start & Restore > System Error > disable "Automatic Restart"

sorry when the terms are not 100% right, i don't use an english Win version;
