Pc Chips Ibook I810 Slim Pc From Ebuyer

Has anyone bought this and actually got it to work???

ive had 3 from them and im sure they are made to be faulty.

i was simply told to replace the cmos battery , which i did with 5 other batteries and it still doesnt save settings

i was told by ebuyer when i bought it that it was comatable with theyre 800mhz via chip but im starting to doubt that as everywhere ive read they say it only holds celerons upto 566mhz

help me please as they just keep sending me new ones and i cant get a refund

According to user experience, these i810 boards needed a newer BIOS to support the VIA-C3, I have a batch of 20 of these shipped directly from China almost 2 years ago, they were so unreliable, that we basically using them as spare backup PC or loan PC for customers while we repair their ones.

Having said that, one of our guy in the office has 3 of these stacked up with a KVM switch, and he had them working non-stop for 6 months, we found that these work better when lay flat, when put sideway, they crash a lot more, we are using superlow pure copperbase 1U fan for these, I think P3-800 is just about as far as it can go without chaging it from a computer into a miniture oven.
