pb convert avi2dvd

hi i use the tutorial "How to convert your DivX/AVI to DVD±R"
all works fine
but when i do the Authoring with TMPGEnc DVD Author, my video file mpg have a bitrate of 9800. that is the max bitrate!!
so i can't author it
my source is an avi of 55 min
i ask for a dvd of 1000 not 4400 in roba plugin
so i have a mpg of 1GB, and it's perfect.

but why the bitrate of the encoding ~2500kbps is not respected

The bitrate of ~2500kbps IS respected, it the DVD Compliant box ticked in CCE Advanced Settings that sets the header to 9800 regardless of actaul bitrate used. Just ignore the error (TMPGEnc DVD Author is the only authoring program to give an error for this problem) or next time untick the DVD Compliant box. Ignoring the error is the best solution as ticking DVD Compliant also helps to not produce high bitrate spikes that can cause playback problems.
