Patin Couffin doesn't see my drive..?

First off, I'm new to this forum and it's awesome. The tutorials have gotten me much futher than I was getting with the so called one-click DVD X Copy.

I've been able to successfully use DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. So now I'm just trying to get it onto a DVD+R using CopytoDVD. However, I keep getting an error, basically it appears the software can't see my drive. Weird thing is that it can copy simple data, just not a video DVD. (I also tried Clone DVD and it also errored)

Anyway, I ran PCSetup from the vso folder and Patin Cauffin says I don't have any drives installed. I assume this is the problem, so how do I fix it?

Thanks.

@ttdanimal could you please provide details of your system setup there with drive names /makes models / what version of windows you are using etc and any other technical specifications that may help our GURU'S of the video field here to help you with your problem :)

thanks :)

99.something percent it is a driver conflict- namely the inputs on the upperfilter entries of the Current Control set. What other burning appplications are installed? (or had beeen installed, and gone by now).
