overburning with nero

hi
i wanted to backup some data in the last few weeks so i created a ISO Level2 (mode2/XA) in Nero (1. try in 5580 2. in 5590) the files were about 710 MB the one and 715 the other one, it didn't complete burning, i got a track error during the leadout, but i checked all the files with cdcheck and there were no errors
why do i get a error when everything is ok, or what data could be corrupted ?

P.S. my burner is a yamaha crw3200

The leadout may have ended unexpectedly, maybe the cd ran out of room.
Its usually not a problem, although an audio cd may not return to the beginning in a HiFi.

I have had this problem for a while with Nero.It stopped when I installed 5.5.8.0.
May have been coincidence though!?!
