When I open outlook 2002, the preview window (the one used to read your email) is greyed out. Reinstalling Outlook makes it work right a couple of time, then it goes grey again. If I go to another module like deleted items and then back to inbox it will work fine. It's driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
