ERM totally different MY IE uses the core components of INTERNET EXPLORER and OPERA is a totally STANDALONE all in one package similar if you were to use NETSCAPE navigator

Ok, rather open ended question!

I like MyIE2, but I find it is not compatible will all webpages, especially those with popup java frames. Does Opera have any similar problems?

Opera 7 handles java quite nicely, much better than version 6.05 anyway, but it does not seem to be sufficiently debugged yet.
Gecko powered browsers, excluding the bloated Netscape 7 seem to be the best bet for the money today- especially since they are free.

I just tried the Netscape 7.02 version. It's hasn't crash yet, seems to hold up pretty good, and yes stand-alone which is always a plus.
