Hi bud,I think you should know if you are offline.I never log out.When I close IE I'm offline.;) When I return to the forum I'm immediately logged in.:)

Isnt the tick symbol next to the profile button an online indicator.
If its greyed out the member is offline.
Or am I missing the point?!

Yes, you are correct.

Move your cursor over the section and it tells you on-line/off-line status...as well as it being lit or grayed out.

lol, you might also want to checkout the buddy button =).
Don't know about the rest, but one fo the first things I did was look at all the buttons & links & test everything out.

PS
the buddy list is a nice touch, but only viewed when you are in your user cp (private messaging & such). Maybe N.B. can put this ontop or bottom of the main forum site for users to see when they first login if any of their buddies is on.

:) At least you lot made a relative newcomer feel not so dumb! I realised the obvious tick from day one!
Still ,maybe us lot in Wiltshire are not quite as thick! :D
