"one click solution"

on my installation of ICHSE, the "one click solution" is unavailible and IC is also listed as "unknown". Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

i gladly would, but for that more info is required!

what os do you use ?
what InstantCopy do you use ? (Version / StandAlone or Bundle) ?
do you have DVDDecryptor installed ? if so, wich Version ?
wich Version of ICHSE do you use ?

If you can provide this information we have a good base to start solving your problem!

oops! ok, here's the stats - Windows xp, Instant copy 7.0.1.125(downloaded and registered), DVD Decrypter 3.1.6.0, ICHSE 1.3.0.4 , all downloaded and installed in the last week. I have set the buttons in ICHSE to open all of these progs, plus IFOedit, PDI2ISO, and PDItool.

O.K., now we have something to start from, though i still miss some information : Is this a bundled version that came with InstantCD+DVD or is this a StandAlone Version ?
Beyond that, do you know if its an OEM Version ? Cause i am totaly unfamiliar with a Version 7.0.1.125 of InstantCopy !

Also when you open InstantCopy and open the About/Information Screen it also shows a Setup Version , could you please provide this aswell?!

And one more, it's a just guess but i want to be sure, the "IC Batch Control" menu is also disabled, right ?
