Onboard RAID controller

I have the Gigabyte 8IEXP motherboard with the onboard Promise MBUltra133 (PDC20276) IDE/RAID controller.
Can anyone show me the way to add the drivers in the Windows XP CD (modify the TXTSETUP.SIF file) so the drivers are automatically installed during a new installation of WinXP?:

When you install XP and it asks for a thied party driver hit F6 and when it asks for the driver install it usually a floppy
