On boot up I get green lines hlp req

On boot up I get green lines my graphics card is Geforce 4 Ti 4200 what could it be, what could i try to fix it.

could b a messed up driver,did u try re-installing it?do u get it when windoz is booting?

Waggle monitor connection at video card end.
Works for me
