You can use Teleport Pro h**p://w*w.tenmax.com/ but you can't process scripts with it,
second is Offline Explorer h**p://w*w.metaproducts.com/ which can process some of the scripts
third is my friend's choice and that's blackwidow h**p://w*w.softbytelabs.com/BlackWidow/. I don't know anything about it so I can't help you with it but first two are the ones that I use.

And about WebZIP, I tryed it, it was my first offline browser, and all I can say is DON'T use it, it sucks, completly "eats" your ram, slows down your pc and sometimes idles, even if aren't using your connection for anything else!!!!!....and as far as I know it's been discontinued, didn't see updates for a long time

I use Adobe Acrobat myself. If it is web pages you are interested in capturing and reading offline, I can't think of anything better. You can capture contents of a web site and save is as a PDF and view it offline.
Not sure if that is what you were searching for but if it is, then try Acrobat. Not the reader but the full program.

Take a look at Offline Commander or (the more powerful) Internet Researcher, all 2 by zylox.

why not use ie???...never used offline browsers t ie seems kinda good specially ie6, has the mht, its a single file archive?...if I wanna leech a page I use this format, everything is included I think??...not tried it with css and dhtml?...could be wrong???...but if you just want a page or two, cant go wrong with ie.
