What is the difference between a standard and OEM version DVD Burner?

With the standard version, u get a box, a manual, some screws, a cable and a bundled s/w...

Also the warranty may be different.
Retail is usually through the manufacturer or rebadger.
OEM is usually through the seller, sometimes for a shorter time.
