NW802 Webcam Drivers?

Anyone have a new version of the Windows NW802 Webcam drivers that is after version 4.0.0.20J?

Looking round some Linux resources, it seems this may be equivalent to a Logitech Quickcam Pro

Or possibly "BTC SurfCam CMOS300k" or "Mustek WCam 300"
