ntsc to pal

could any one please advise me of any software i may need to convert some dvd's i have from ntsc to pal.
any help would be appreciated

Theres a program called DVDPatcher that patches MPEG2 files but, I'm not sure if it works on Vobs. http://www.kickme.to/dvdpatcher

You need to do a bit more than your patch it I'm affraid. Have a read of the DVD to DVDR tutorial, it explains how it can be done. Basically just tick the NTSC to PAL box and it will sort everything out for ya.
