NTI CD Maker Joliet Option Disabled

Hi. When using NTI CD Maker 2000 Pro, I have found that once you try adding a file with a name over 64 characters, and accept the popup message, it no longer allows you to select Joliet. Even after you shorten the long names, or even remove the files, the Joliet option stays disabled. If you make the mistake of overwriting your layout file, you might have to start over. I actually found the byte in the file responsible for it, and was able to enable the option again, so luckily I didn't have to redo the entire layout. I am using version 4.2.75 (Build 1002).

Has anyone else had this happen? Do the newer versions do this also? I really like the program, but this quirk is something that should have been discovered by now. I have looked for some time with absolutely no reference to this issue.

You could consider upgrading to version 5, which is also very fine. Version 6 is a very mixed bag, though...
True, but do you know if this bug is fixed in version 5?
What other differences make it worth the upgrade?

I was using NTI 5 for almost one year, and Joliet/Romeo was working just fine. Compared with v.4 Ihave just spotted better multisession behaviour in v.5 (plus of course the ability to update burners by changing the .bdb driver, something which was not an option with v.4)
