Norton Systemworks 2002

I have two OS - Win 98SE and Win XP Pro on my 40 GB HDD.
I have downloaded Norton Systemworks 2002 from
h??p://forum.cdrsoft.cc/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5379. The problem is, in Xp systemwork 2002 installation was ok and it reported no error while using NDD but when I installed it in Win98SE and wanted to use NDD, It gave me error as

"Error on Hard Disk 1 -0 An extended partition is invalid. An extended partition has invalid parameters and is probably inaccessible. Correst this situtaion if you are unable to access partitions on hard disk1. Do yiu wish to correct this problem?" There are there options "yes, no and cancel"(Attached Image of error)

Even if I press 'yes' the message comes 'problem rectified' but again if iI use NDD. same problem. I faced no problems earlier to installing Systemworks nor now in Win98se. Problem only when trying to use NDD in Win98se.
What could be the reasons????????

Regards.

The reason is NDD is CRAP!!
It DOES NOT WORK properly if you have two HDDs!!
Be careful and DON'T allow NDD any changes to the other drive, esp if you're running it under win98 and it asks about modifying the NTFS partition on the other disk.
The same can be said as far as WinDoctor is concerned: you choose the tests to execute, and let it analyse only the drive you're running it from.

I was having two HDD earlier. Now I just have one -40GB and after installing it 'fresh', Win98Se is still giving same error. Systemworks 2001 also give the same error with win 98se.
(I still have 98 and XP installed).

Regards.
