Norman Virus Control: experience?

There are so many programs, but what are the opinions about Norman? Is the blocking good, does it slow down the performance?

spycat has heard of it. but has not heard anything bad about either. don't use it, no experience with it. maybe check some web reviews for it somewhere on wxw.

do not see it popping up at warez sites very much so maybe is not too popular or widespread.

good thing to do if have cloning stuff (ghost, driveimage, etc) is to always have a "blank" install of OS platform and test softwares.

by blank I mean no cd burning stuff, antivirus, etc: just leave it updated to current microsoft level, default windows settings, and with drivers to see how API's handle things.

i use it ...........seems to work fine...done the eicar test and it works ok,,,,,updates itself as well if yer want...
