normalizing ogg vorbis audio 4 movie

hi ppl
err anyone knows wat s/w can normalize my ogg vorbis audio while encoding it from a ac3 file?
I'm making a bakup of a movie,but the sound is low as hell & i need 2 raise its volume significantly...any ideas?
y ogg vorbis,well my movie is in ogm & i prefer ogg vorbis 4 audio

i normally use oggmachine ,which i think is same as besweet ,except that it's optimized 4 ogg vorbis...still it's vol is as low as zat of the movie...any tips on how 2 dramatically raise the vol?
