Noob Help DVD to DVD-R with menus

Ok some of the DVD movies that I've downloaded have the complete menu, however, some of the buttons have been removed for the specific content that has been removed.

Example
Extra have been removed and you cannot select the "Extras" button on the menu

Or if the DD5.1 and 2.0 tracks have been removed and its just the DTS5.1 you wouldn't be able to select the DD5.1 option in the menu

How do you do this?
I tried using DVDStripper, but that just removes the specific menus, not the acomidating buttons, so if you click on the extras button it get caught in a loop.

Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks.

Ok I now know what to do to get rid of them. But what programs do you use to do it. I didn't have much luck with MenuModder and I don't want to pay for Menu Edit

MenuEdit or MenuModder are the 2. If problems with MenuModder, then ask in the DVDStripper forum where the author hangs out.
