No template for VCD and SVCD in CCE 2.66

According to the manual there should be templates for encoding to VCD and SVCD in CCE 2.66.01.01. However I cannot find any.
How come?

Somebody must know.
I have to add that the AVI files I loaded into the CCE have the right resolution for (S)VCD, but the templates are still not visible in the video encoding drop-down menu.

Have u tried dvd2svcd.
It can encode avi to vcd or svcd and uses CCE.
Its a good easy interface to get the best from CCE.
