no cue file

When finished ripping "panic Room" dvd2svcd comes with the message "can not make cue file" is there a way to do this manual??
Yes, use VCDEasy and load your MPG file in and convert cront cover, change CD pic, etc (in Tools section/ MPEG Stills). It will then make a cue/bin file and even burn it for you to CD.
