New Backups Eliminating Need For Mod?

I've recently read an article where a group of ppl figured out how the xbox verifies whether a game is a backup or not and was wondering if there was anyway to use their knowledge to burn backups that the system recognises as real games removing the need to have mod chips

A secret boot block overlay
is buried within a system ASIC. This secret boot block decrypts and verifies
portions of an external FLASH-type ROM. The presence of the secret boot block
is camouflaged by a decoy boot block in the external ROM. The code contained
within the secret boot block is transferred to the CPU in the clear over a set of
high-speed busses where it can be extracted using simple custom hardware.

In the case of the XboxTM video game console from Microsoft, the secret being
protected is a key and an algorithm for decrypting and verifying a bootloader. This
bootloader then decrypts and verifies a kernel image. Both the bootloader and kernel
image are contained in an unsecured FLASH ROM. The kernel then verifies the
authenticity and integrity of the applications it runs.

If a program were created that would back up a xbox game writing in asection that would make it seem like an actual game and not just a copy it would greatly ease millions of peoples troubles of creating a playable backup without xbox tampering

I dont know if any of this makes sense or not its just how I inturpreted document
