Nero Wave Editor Problems

I'm in big trouble with Nero Wave Editor 2.0.0.22 (comes with Nero 6.3.0.2).
I was recording a few LPs and splitted it with "Pausenerkennung" (sorry, I'm german and don't know how the function is named in english version).
So I saved all Tracks to disk.
Problem 1:
While saving it somtimes appears to save only the first one or two tracks and then all the rest in one track.
Problem 2:
All saved Tracks, except the last one, are filled up to 66 minutes with a tremendous tone. File size is ok, but if I want to burn it or listen to it it has a length of exactly 66:50:240.

Bug or feature ?

If you are using the Nero Burning Rom, you can go to preferences under File. Then open the "Expert Features" tab. Check the "enable overburn disc at once burning" box.
You can then lengthen the max. burn time.

WEll,youre recording a lp and you wanna split a lp automatically on payses,so i know you can do that with every audio editor, for example Samplitude can..From cheaper app you can try those""lp rippers"",singulator, wave repair(will even make a cuesheet),total recorder too-you can grab a time limited demo and do it before the restriction take place.. :)
Still,if you wanna use those editors embedded in a burning proggy-Feurio editor is a Million light years ahead of Nero....Excelent editing abilities, good cd ripper, great cd manager and top diagnostic proggy makes Feurio one of the Best audio-only proggys, also great sell policy which features time unlimited demo with all funktions enabled, its a only 1 nag at start :)

Auto-splitting is so hit or miss that it's barely worth doing - by the time you've fixed the places it put breaks where you didn't want them, and added them where it missed, you might as well give up and do the job yourself in the first place. Unless there is a significant noise floor, or no actual gaps as such, you can usually see the flatline, and audition that area to see if it should be a gap, or if the LP gives you track lengths, then you know exactly where to look.

Autosplitting needs an editor with good "intuition", and Nero Wave Editor (which is a lite version of Cooledit- currently named Adobe Audition) certainly is not intuitive at all.
