I recently purchased a new CD_RW Drive from Pine Technologies and it works fine., with the software that came with it, V5.0 Nero. It has Buffer underrun technology. I also had a actually newer version of Nero on a disk and also downloaded newest version from CDR software and would not work on the Pine 24X recorder. Does these newer CD recorders with Buffer underrun capabilities have to use just the copy that originally comes with them?? I also use other CD software with my other computer with a Yamaha drive. I don`t particularily like the idea cannot ever update software or use any others that have some features that I like. Thanks.
