The official Nero/Ahead plugin is
one way- it allows only encoding, and not decoding, due to idiotic Microsoft licencing issues.
But the unofficial Nero plugin by Maussau (it's actually a cheapo based on a console decoder made by another guy) works fine...

I'm pretty sure that this plugin is NOT legal, technically speaking, but since Microsoft has not bothered yet to ask for its elimination... oh well.
There are a few apps that work both ways right out of the box, with certain OS limitattions.
