Nero oem or retail?

OEM version only works with the burner comes with it when the RETAIL works with all burners it supports.memory said:What is the difference in Neros oem versus
retail?I dont think oem gives you all the bells

1. Support for multiple drives (Retail, I believe, supports 2)
(Bundle) - support for ANY drive other than bundled
2. Antivirus
3. Image mounter
4. Audio track crossfade
** the OEM has a PRINTED key and should be good for any drive.
The BUNDLE has an embedded key - to a particular make of drive.
There may be some I've forgotten....
The versions are the SAME - the mode is determined purely by the key.
If you wish to purchase a full key, make SURE you purchase an OEM UPGRADE (may be the same as old version upgrade) and not the more expensive DEMO - FULL key.

I'm beginning to think that OEM to "registered" may not actually provide much other than the crossfade addition.
If you need an image mounter, Daemon Tools may be more your thing!

No need - you can upgrade to bundled one, or convert it by entering a new key.
Some keys will lock you in to "Express"
I would also advise you to note your bundle key from the Registry
This is a hack-edit of a Windows product key lookup - so it now tells you your Nero key - so you can revert back to your working Bundle key.
