Nero help files

In Nero's web-site I am trying to view or download help files, but whenever i click on the required item - i get the message -
The page cannot be displayed
Also, this seems to happen with any thing on the web-site that i want to view or download?
Can anyone tell me why this is happening, it might help me find the answers to some questions that im posting on here,

No, won't work still. Got a feeling it has some thing to do with Spybot that i recently installed??? going to have a look at it and see if i can do any good

Not too likely, unless he uses some paranoid settings in Spybot... anyway it's not easy to cripple Internet Sexploiter, it's already crippled right out of the box.
