Nero after 5.5.4.0 can't finished burn CD

I have a problem with latest Nero,

I'm using Nero 5.5.4.0, this version is working fine.
I've been burning about 500 CDs using this version.

But everytime I try to install the newer Nero (after 5.5.4.0),
after burning CD, the Nero dialog box "Successlly bla bla" never comes up, and Nero is freeze... so I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del,
and kill the Nero! :(
PS. the CD result is fine, no error!

Ne1 here experiencing the same problem ?

I'm using Win98SE, SIS 735, XP 1700+.
