Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the latest release of recode is flawed??

Despite several attempts I am unable to get a working DVD even on a software level from the current release,
However Shrink produces a perfectly working DVD from the exact same Files??

Have Ahead done it AGAIN ??

(Released a version with a big bug in it?)

Why do the powers that be at AHEAD insist that a new version be released every month regardless of whether it actually works or not ??

The monthly is a demo time reset - this version is actually the "Lightscribe" release, a bit later than anticipated, so perhaps it is a little cobbled-together - the next "ordinary monthly", may well be better finished, as any "improvements" seem to take a couple of minor releases for the fallout to settle.

Every major release is bad, the last minor before the next feature update, is usually the best - a pattern observed in 5.5.x.x and being repeated in V6.
