both links work for me,
a little summary of the german page
new Module "Nero StartSmart" makes nero easier to use
improved dvd-authoring including individual dvd-menus, videocutting, realtime effects .. same for (s)vcd ... freaky transitions

another new multimedia player like windvd powerdvd .....
common user interface, a little improved toolbar
just some efforts towards product connection and a xp look&feel.....

and they somehow forgot the new improved bugs ....

Now if only i could not read german ... lol
