NERO 6 & DVD Shrink: Shutdown after each burn??

I used DVD Shrink to decrypt and compress a DVD movie and then used NERO6 to burn it (using a downloaded profile to make the settings compatible with older standalone DVD players). The first time I copied Jimi Hendrix Live and the LION KING 1.5 it worked fine. I didn't shut down my machine at all. The next day I ripped Pirates of the Caribbean and burned it and did exactly the same thing I did to burn the 2 previous movies, but when I went to play them, I got the message "Bad Disk" from my DVD player and it said "No File". The little MP3 light came on too.

My question is this: SHould I shut down my computer upon the completion of every burn? There is no reason why the other movies shouldn't have burned properly. In fact NERO said the burn was successfull. It won't even play on Power DVD on my computer. I'm using a Plextor DVD+-R/RW and used Memorex DVD-R media.

Any suggestions??

Just a bit curious- where did you buy your Nero copy? Seems that something is not terribly right with your licence...
Nero can be pretty lousy even with a "good" licence, but not that much...
