nero 6.3.1.15

hi everyone i have just bought NERO 6.3.1.15 EXPRESS SUITE CD/DVD BURNING SOFTWARE but it keeps freezing my pc when i try to install it im running windows 98se has anyone got any ideas

To start with we need some more info. Stuff like:
CPU?
How much Ram?
Hard drive size and how much space are you using?
Other burning programs?
Do you run Scan disc and dfrag once in a while?
Do you clean your temp folder?
Lets start with that.

Do you have the latest version of Windows Installer for 9X in?
BTW it's the very first time I hear about a "Nero Express Suite", where on earth did you buy it? Only the regular, retail Nero and the Enterprise version come as "suite".

my guess is that nero 6.3.x.x versions are most likely to be too HEAVY and bloated for 98se i used to be on 98se not so long back and found it was sluggish using nero 6 when it first came out

you may be better maby selling that one on and going for a version 5.5.x.x version it may be less of a strain on your 98se
