if Master is right (wrong bundled version), the solution is a new, not bundled, not OEM, retail serial number; for me more to say is not allowed;
additionnal info: with an existing retail serial you can upgrade for free to Nero 5.5 (in future to 6.0); simply install the latest demo over your current version;
