Need to find "Forced film" option in dvd2svcd

Right - after reading on the subject - its clear to me that 25 fps in divx is PAL and 29.something is NTSC. Now i also learned that a movie in 23.97 is true dvd framerate - and if i want to convert it to something in dvd2svcd - i should use a option called "Forced Film" or "Forced Frame".

Well - i looked everywhere - but cannot seem to find this option - but several reports say i should use it.

Anyone who can help ?

Nothing to set or tick as long as its the defaults used. Just load in the 23.976fps avi and it will automatically do a Pulldown once encoded to make it a 29.97fps mpeg for you, all automatic.
