Need motherboard advice

What is the best board, besides ECS's products, are the best for the Athlon XP cpu's and that are less than $100? I prefer one that has on-board audio. Also one with on-board LAN or/and an AMR/CNR slot, a board with one or both.

The specs you want, tend to make the board worse. Sound on board is always crap & slows down your processor. Also to have onboard LAN isn't the smartest thing.
However you I don't find ECS products too good, so wise choice staying away from them (I mean, they are ok, but just not as good as other companies).
This subject has been hit a few times, but anyhow, I think better than me & other giving you advice, best to go to this place:

lol, thanks bangla for the correction.
Typing fast, one doesn't notice sometimes when you reverse letters. I've reversed the m & b appropiately now (just like yours).
Sharp eye (*_^).
