Hello Everybody
I have a small problem with burning my zip and rar

files on the cds
I have SONY 16X write speed and it is working good

but when i try to burn a big rar or zip files on a

cd and try to unzip or unrar it from the cd i got a

CRC error!
But the original files on my hard disk dosn't have

this CRC errors so the files are dameged while it is

being burned to the cd ?
what can i do for this?

If Iam trying to decompress on the cd it will not do any thing
Iam already decompressing into my hard drive

how & what are yo using to burn your files to a CD-R?
(as in which program & are you burning them as just a Data CD?)

Iam using EZ cd creator platinum 5.1
And Iam burnong them as just Data cd

In what mode is the CD written (Mode1 or Mode2)? Try reducing your speed when writing such files and also check the reader that copies the files of the CD to you HD Drive... But first experiment in RW disks for not having other coasters

And try using a prog like Nero, Padus DiscJuggler or CD Mate for compilation CDs
