Need help with NOLF (GOTY).

I bought No One Lives Forever (game of the year edition). I did the full install but everytime I go to play the game, it wants me to put the second CD in. I guess that's a way of making sure that I own this game. It did not bother me too bad at first but it's starting to bother me.
Can someone tell me if there is a way to make this game start without putting the CD in everytime.
Thanks very much.

Basic CD check, which is (as you correctly guessed) a way to prove you have the game. It's part of the overall copy protection scheme... ie, the looks for a given copy protection and looks for ATIP from a CDR.

Go to Gamecopyworld.com for a No CD check .exe file to remove this annoying problem ;) Just do yourself a favor and backup your original .exe file, as you will need the original to update the program.

Thank you for replying. I follow what you suggested (after about 45 minutes looking) and found that file (uncdcheck.exe). After I ran it, uncdcheck game me a message that file sucessfully patched but when I ran the game, it still asked for the CD.
Anymore suggestion?
Thanks in advance for your time.

I saw your post after I edited my post. And yes, I did go to that site and that's where I spent the time searching.
I bought the game. I just hate puting it in and taking it out all the times.

I went to megagames and downloaded a gamefix which is a fixed nolf.exe so that it doesn't need the CD any more to run the game. Now, I can play anywhere without changing CD.
Anyway, thanks to both for the help.
