Need help to partition win2000/XP on winME system

I installed PartitionMagic7 & BootMagic7 on Windows ME(Hard Drive Capacity is 58GB).Created 3 Partitions of Windows ME(3x18GB).

I want to install windows 2000 or XP on 1 of the partition.The problem is that i cannot boot from the win2000/XP CD,ive already setup the BIOS menu to boot from CD first.I can boot from win2000/XP CD without partitionmagic installed.Do i need to create a startup disk for win2000/XP.

ME is installed?

If you have ME installed just boot Me and then run setup of W2K/XP CD and install it in other partition ! Do not upgrade
