i wanna broadcast a live video using windows media encoder 7.1....can someone tell me how to do it??..or give me a site that has tutors on it plz....

i have a problem on step 3....i cannot even choose a device for my video thing....do i need a plugin for that or something??

on step 3 when i cant click on the video file i automatically skip step 8 and just go to step 9....i dont know what im missing....also when im done with everything i click finish nothing happens....how do i view the movie??..i want to play a certain movie lets say tomb raider or something like that....how would i know if its playing that??..
