need help on isobuster....

i wanna know if there is a possible way to convert mpeg files back to bin/cue with isobuster or any other programs??..also how would i get the bin/cue files off a vcd or svcd using isobuster or what other programs??..and i have this one problem when i convert bin/cue file to mpeg then i watch the mpeg file....but it gets cut on the sides, top and bottom....is it just my player thing or is it the mpeg itself??..how do i fix this problem??

VCDGear will do it. Select VideoCD and use the drop-down.

VCDEasy makes cue/bin files of VCD or SVCD mpg files. Just un-tick the Burn box. You can also put Chapter points in if required and even lead in or out pictures, like "Please Change CD".

To help with what??its there in main menu..Like run vcd gear and run the conversion from a drop menu.....done..

I have spent literally hours and hours writing tutorials, can I suggest you spend 5 min in actually reading them.
