need help on Camcorder

i have got a sony camcorder it is not digital but is there any way i can hook it up to my pc so i can put stuff of it on to disk i have the leads that come from it the yellow white and black and do i need soft where to play it on my pc any help thank you.

You need a capture card to transfer your films to your HD, and convert to the format you want.There are many capture cards on the market.The hardest part is finding one that YOU will like,lots of opininons on these cards.

Cards, USB gizmos, or even as part of a new graphics card ( All-in-Wonder or "ViVo" models )
A lot of choice - some encode direct to MPEG / MPEG2 - which can save you a LOT of time if they can actually make a file ready to feed to the burning step without recoding.

Yep...I have an older Radeon AIW.I can capture directly to mpeg2 with a P4.Can also view directly from video sources through the card (camcorder,vcr,etc).
