Need help finding CCE and Canopus procoder

I'm new here, My problem is that I can't find the CCE and Canopus procoder anywhere on my comuter, Am I suppose to download those two encoders or should I have it already? and where do I find it on my computer? if I do have it.

both encoders are not installed by Windows; it's software you have to pay for:
Cinema Craft Encoder US$ 1,950.00 - CCE Trial Version (logo smeared)
Canopus ProCoder 2.0 US$ 499.00 - no Demo available

only free alternative is using QuEnc + TheFilmMachine;
